Göran Ekvall (1930 - 2012) war ein schwedischer Professor für Organisationspsychologie, der viele Untersuchungen ausführte, wie und wodurch die Kreativität in Organisationen beeinflusst wird; bekannt wurde er durch die von ihm elizitierten 10 Dimensionen des kreativen Klimas, die er in den drei Bereichen Ressourcen, Motivation und Exploration zusammenführte. Seine Arbeiten führten zu der Entwicklung des CIQ (climate for innovation questionnaire, auch CCQ (Creative climate questionnaire genannt), einem Messinstrumentarium für die Kreativität einer Organisation.
