Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (geb. 29.9.1934) ist ein ungarisch-US-amerikanischer Professor für Psychologie, Kreativitäts- und Motivationsforscher der frühen Stunde und Buchautor. Weltbekannt wurde er u.A. durch die Erforschung und Benennung des Flow-Prinzips, sowie sein systemisches Perspektivmodell von Kreativität; seine Frage "WO ist Kreativität?" anstelle von "Was ist Kreativität?" eröffnete eine neue Perspektive in der Kreativitätsforschung.
