FI-FO ist eine, von de Bono entwickelte Denktechnik aus dem CoRT-Programm; das Akronym steht für "inFormation-IN - inFormation Out" und bezeichnet eine Informationssammeltechnik, die untersucht, welche Informationen in Bezug auf eine Problemstellung bereits vorhanden sind (FI) und welche zusätzlich benötigt werden und noch nicht vorhanden sind (FO).
