Marci Segal ist eine kanadische Kreativitätsexpertin, Konferenzsprecherin und Autorin; bekannt wurde sie u.A. durch die Weiterentwicklung eines kreativen Persönlichkeitsmodells, das auf dem "Temperament Target" von Berens/ Fairhurst aufbaut. Sie ist Initiatorin und Mit-Begründerin der von Kanada ausgehenden internationalen Creativity and Innovation Day-Bewegung, die jedes Jahr den internationalen Creativity and Innovation Day zelebriert; der WCID (als Start der darauffolgenden WCIW) ist seit 2019 ein offizieller UN-Tag.
