Das Konstrukt Holarchie (ursprünglich nach Arthur Koestler 1972/1978, aufgegriffen und weiterentwickelt von Ken Wilber 1996) bezeichnet eine Hierarchie von Holons, die jeweils als Teile eines Ganzen (übergeordneten Holons) verstanden werden.

Der Vorteil des Holarchie-Konzepts ist, dass er sich, gemeinsam mit dem Holon- (Teile-) Verständnis sehr gut auf die Kreativität, ihre Dimensionen und Elemente anwenden lässt und helfen kann, eine strukturierende Ordnung in das große Feld zu bringen; so kann z.B. der Kreativität 2.0-Ansatz als Holarchie verstanden werden, die sich aus 3 Dimensionen (Holons) zusammensetzt, die wiederum aus autarken (Holon-) Komponenten (Person, Prozess, Panorama) bestehen.
